Indulge in multiple relaxed shared courses at Towri Sheep Cheese created by Cameron Matthews, Executive Chef, the Spicers Group. Stunning bespoke cheeses and Scenic Rim produce will intertwine through the dishes all of which will be paired with the best local wines and beverages.
Carolyn Davidson will welcome you to take a seat at the long table setting at her beautifully presented property and your heart will melt when you get to cuddle a lamb.
Cameron, who will have recently returned from his Churchill fellowship study tour learning with the world’s best sustainable restaurants, will delight you with his culinary skills and his cheeky wit.
