City Chef X Blume Series

Join Andy Ashby from Cest Bon, Zach Tinsley from Congress Wine(Melbourne) and Jack Stuart from Blume Restaurant whilst they prepare an amazing eight course degustation lunch with the best produce sourced from the Scenic Rim.  Each course will feature a matched beverage.  Price includes matched wines. Transport option is available from a central pickup point in Brisbane.

This lunch is part of a four day consecutive lunch series being held from Tuesday 28 June to Friday 1 July. This lunch series at Boonah’s exciting new restaurant Blume will host some amazing talent from Brisbane and Melbourne.
